Works to a Tree with a TPO: Hand dig a trench on the perimeter of the proposed rear extension parallel to the existing house to understand the extend of roof growths and potential pruning that might be required during construction.

T1 - Copper Beech - Reduce height by 2-3m, install 4t rated Cobra Brace between the two co-dominant stems, reduce crown spread and 3m spread reduction where lower to mid-crown lateral branching extends towards house, crown lift by removing lowest laterals that extend towards property and driveway to approx 4.5-5m clearance, crown lift over pavement and road to 2.5m and 5.5m, thin crown by 20% (TPO 364)

T1 - Oak - Prune to give up to 2m clearance to the house (including extension). Crown lift to achieve 3m clearance over the ground, not removing any primary branches. Prune the single branch back to the red line shown in photo. (002/1983/TPO).

2/TPO/00022: T1 Mature Cedar- Remove deadwood. Crown reduce 0.5m west side away from building from 6 to 5.5 m @ 6m height and 0.5m at 3m near extension of house on north side of tree. Only fronds. (picture in report 2-4). Remove storm damaged hangers (picture in report 1-4)

(T1) Gleditsia Triacanthos Sunburst - remove dead wood. (T7) Carpinus betulus Frans Fontaine - prune the crown spread (lateral branches) back to a point no closer than 1.5m from the stem of the tree. Pruning can extend further than this where necessary to attain up to 5.2m clearance directly over the road and 1m to the house. (058/1995/TPO).

06/00591/TPO (T1) - Oak - Crown lift up to 3 metres over garden. Remove two lower branches that extend over the out building roof (furthest outbuilding from the house). Reduce the canopy on the quadrant that extends toward the rear elevation of the house and obscures the adjacent windows by no more than 2.5 metres to clear. Reason(s): to provide appropriate clearance from the house.

06/00023/TPO (W2) - Prune three secondary branches that extend towards the house at 19 Cricket Meadow (as shown marked with a red dot on attached photo) back to an appropriate pruning point so as they do not extent beyond the natural caonpy line. Remove epicormic growth from main stem.

(2/TPO/00511) and Conservation Area. T1 - Poplar - 22m high/11m wide - To reduce the crown height by up to 10m to reduce the lever arm effect on the upper crown and to create a smaller crown to allow light into neighbours rear garden. T2 - Conifer - 12m high - To reduce height down by 6m to retain screening effect from village hall. T3 - Beech - 4m high - To reduce and reshape back to original form, currently lapsed with 1.5m-2.0m extension growth from topiary form. T4 and T5 - Beech - 12m high/5m wide - To thin crowns by up to 15% to allow light to filter through crowns into building and to sympathetically reduce offending branches back from windows and the side of the house to achieve a 3.5m clearance. Branches are currently very close to the building.

Works to 1 no. Cedar Tree to crown lift over the private drive beside the house by removing some small third order branches that extend downwards. Prune to give 1.5m clearance from the house to allow roof repairs to be carried out. Check all of the cable braces and renew any that are showing sign...

TPO M1122 - Yew (tag 401) - Reduce the length of the branches that extend towards the house by 1-2m to the south and south-west. Also remove all deadwood from the crown.
