T5 English Oak- Remove 4/5 lower branches reducing the lower sideways spread and assist with lifting the crown. Reduce the overall crown/ spread by approx 1.5 metres to allow light to the house and help avoid damage to the property. Remove a number of small branches to clear the telephone cable that runs through the west side of the tree and is being constantly damaged. Reason: The result of this last few years growth is that it now touches / rubs the house and garage roof. It also blocks much of the light to our upstairs bedroom.

TPO 06/1989 [89/00006/TPO] T.1 Lime - Reduce spread of two branches by between 2-4m and thin, as necessary, over the roof of the adjacent properties; T.2 Walnut - Reduce length of four large branches by up to 4m and no more, as necessary, over the adjacent properties and T.3 Lime - Reduce spread of tree to give 1.5m clearance to house. Werrington Conservation Area protected trees T. 4 Yew - Raise crown of over driveway to 4m; T.5 Norway Maple & T.6 Cherry Plum - Reduce height by 2m; T.7 Walnut - Reduce height by 4m & T.8 Silver Birch - Reduce height by 4m and reduce lateral branches to give 1m clearance to garage.

T1 poplar - request permission to reduce the lower limb to a suitable growth point, away from the clients home by 3m, it is touching the roof and will most likely cause issues further down the line. T2 poplar - there are a few limbs which are smaller possibly self seeders, going over the garage and almost touching. Requesting permission to take these out. The last limb had been cut before and we would like permission to pollard this to take it away from the garage roof.

Oak T117 - Remove epicormic growth, remove back branches from touching house + garage to new growing tips, redcue crown by 25% leaving well balanced crown. Due to excessive shading branches touching house + roof

Group of 5 mature trees on the boundary of 7 Kenneth Road with public footpath, comprising four Common Beech (T1 to T4) and one Field Maple (T5) as shown in the site plan. Specification is a 1.5 metre reduction in height of the group, with similar shortening-in of side growth away from the house and over garden. Prune back T1 and T2 Beech branches currently close to house guttering/roof to ensure clearance of 2 metres. Prune back T5 Maple branches currently touching the garden room roof to ensure clearance of 2 metres. In addition, prune back T1 and T2 Beech branches currently touching neighbour's (26 Cunningham Road) garage roof to ensure clearance of 2 metres.

T1 - Oak tree - reduce crown on the house side by up to 25% removing no more than 2.5 meters on the sides to stop the branches encroaching onto the house and to let a bit more light into the garden. Remove first 3 branches back to the trunk to lift the canopy over the garage and car port to give adequate clearance over the garage roof.

(1) Lawson Cypress - prune to give up to 1.5m clearance to the house at 9 Woodland Ride, this includes to the roof; prune to give up to 1m clearance to the garage at 11 Woodlands Ride, this includes to the roof. 1. two x Oak Trees (24 Williams Way, Fleet, GU51 3EU) - cut back to suitable growth points by 1.5 to 2 meters keeping tree as balanced as possible. Overhang the garage / and almost touch property of 7 Kenwith Ave GU51 3EX. This is creating a number of problems. One, squirrels have easy access to roof of property which can cause potential damage when roaming across house roof. Two, the garage below is a functioning massage business, so the dropping of acorns is very destructive when customers are trying to relax. Also, causing a massive shadow over property.

T1 beech - tip lateral limbs back from over garage roof by 2m; T2 hawthorn - to height of epicormic growth and fell the small ash (T9) tree next to it; T3 beech - tip reduce house side to give a clearance of 2m; T4 beech - reduce back from neighbour property to give a 2m clearance; T5 beech - tip reduce away from garage to give 2m clearance; T6 maple - reduce back from neighbour property to give a 2m clearance; T7 beech - reduce back from neighbour property to give a 2m clearance.
