T1, Lime: (1) crown reduction by 2/3m to reduce canopy level; (2) Growth since last application; (3) General thinning due to light loss in upstairs lounge window; (4) To remove and lop branches close to building to reduce likelyhood of damage to slate roof/guttering etc.

T1 Magnolia - Reduce overall crown and reshape. Reduce vertical growth to just below the roof line or to previous pruning points. Reduce lateral growth by approximately 1.5 meters. Selectively prune branches away from the windows. T2 Portuguese Laurel - Trim and reshape into a box or rectangular shape.

T1 - Oak - Fell tree leaving stump as close to ground level as practicable. This tree is located in rear garden of 34 Coppice Road. The house has been extended at some point in the past and the gable end is now located around 2m away from trunk, in turn the canopy is heavily hanging over roof of property interfering with tiles gutters and window. The new home owner is concerned about the amount of deadwood falling from canopy and landing on roof and rear patio, due to their being small children in property this issue is of great concern. Home owner is also concerned about the possibility of subsidence due to proximity to property footings, the building process will have damaged the root plate T2 - Sweet Chestnut - Fell tree leaving stump as close to ground level as practicable. This tree is located at the side of 34 Coppice Road within rear garden. This tree is heavily suppressed on the back side and the majority of growth hangs over the road. Customer has asked for the tree to possibly be cut back / crown lifted over road to allow room for bin lorry's / fire engines. Due to the poor form of tree and heavy lean i feel the tree will not be suited for long term retention. Customer is willing to re plant a more suited species away from property and road also.

T1 - Remove one rotten willow tree from forest school??area?? T2 Horse Chestnut - reduce size of crown by a maximum of 2m T3 - Remove one poor condition horse chestnut T4 - Cut back to lateral branches by 0.5m on one yew tree from roof line and carry out a heavy crown lift to 3m on one sycamore in the same area T5 - Remove and spray a 1m clearance of bamboo down the side of the staff room window T6 - Crown lift one elm and one sycamore to a height of 3m to keep lower branches out of reach from the children

T1: London plane XL-Mature London plane in the courtyard at No.237 Long Lane. - Lift low-hanging branches all around to approx. 4 metres above ground level. - Remove all dead or dying branches above 30mm in diameter. - Reduce the back side of the crown that is overhanging the pub roof. - Cut back from all buildings to provide 2 metres of clearance. - Inspect the crown for Massaria. T2: Crab Apple Small tree overhanging one of the access roads. - Lift the low-hanging branches over the road to approx. 3 metres above the road. There is visible damage to the tree from passing vehicles. - Reduce the crown by approx. 1.5 metres to create a tight and tidy shape. G1: Cherry x 4 - 4 Cherry trees in front of the office block windows. - Lightly trim so the branches no longer rub on the ground floor windows. G2: Crab Apple & Maple - 2 trees in narrow section between 2 buildings. - Lightly trim so the branches no longer touch the windows.

Western red cedar tree T1 reduce side of crown from Tudor Place, giving a 2 metre clearance from the roof and window. Robinia trees T2 and T3 reduce side of crown by 2 metres. Reduce crown side of GT1, GT2, GT3, GT4 and GT5 by up to 2 metres and crown lift by 2.5 metres. Remove dead conifer tree at end of row of conifer trees GT7.

All works are to alleviate daylight/shade issues to windows and external areas, and branches too close to buildings. Sycamore T1: Remove epicormic shoots from main stem at 3-4.5m. At 7m on W side of stem, branch extends W and forks 0.5m from trunk. Remove northerly branch of fork. At 7.5m on N side of stem, small branch extends NE - Remove this branch. At 9m on N side of stem, remove branch extending N. Crown lift on N, W and E sides of crown to 9m. Sycamore T3: Remove all epicormic shoots below 9m. Remove side branches extending over roof. Selectively remove upright growth to favour dominant leaders. Sycamore T4 Remove all epicormic shoots below 9m. Remove side branches extending over roof. Selectively remove upright growth to favour dominant leaders.

T1 Lawson Cypress - touching windows to middle floor. Remove tree T2 Ash - Tip end die-back - Lower crown die-back Remove tree T3 Ash - Stem in foreground on photo is dead - Branches resting on adjacent roof -Remove tree T4 Group of prunus (Plum) surrounding clothes driers - shorten branches and stems by 2-3m to clear washing lines.

T1 Conifer - Reduce laterals by 2m leaving 2m as close to building. T2 Oak laterals by window - Reduce back 3m leave 8m as close to building. T3 Yew - Reduce laterals by 2-3m leaving 5-6m due to excessive shading. T4 Yew - Reduce laterals by 1.5m back from window. T5 Sycamore - Crown lift to 5m over garage as touching roof. Reduce the canopy on the quadrant that extends toward the rear elevation of the house and obscures the adjacent windows by no more than 2.5 metres to clear. Reason(s): to provide appropriate clearance from the house.
