Demolition of existing Level 2 gantry platform and construction of new enlarged gantry platform. Proposed cantilevered extension to existing sampling room enclosure at Level 5. New access stair from Level 5.

Erection of a two storey side and rear extension to existing boathouse following demolition of existing single storey extension, external alterations comprising provision of a disabled car parking space, cycle parking and landscaping works.

Demolition of existing single storey elements (kitchen and toilet), rear boundary wall and art room. Change of use of No.25 from student accommodation to office accommodation. Construction of a new single storey link between No.21-24 Northampton Street and first floor rear extension at No.25; replacement of ground floor facade to No.21-24; alterations to Cripps Lane, car park and creation of new pedestrian route to the rear of No.21-25 including boundary treatments; installation of associated plant including PV panels and ASHP to roof of No.25; cycle parking and external insulation.
