Retrospective erection of 2no. buildings consisting of: an employee/ visitor space/ sensory suite building (Unit A) and a window display building (Unit D). Retrospective creation of gravel parking area and orchard area. Retrospective single-storey infill extension between Units 2 & 3 for storage of maintenance materials, equipment and domestic storage for Units 1 & 2.

Installation of new window module to match existing windows on the south end elevation of unit 9; to the rear west elevation of Unit 10 and 11; installation of extraction units and flue to each individual unit with the addition of a new window matching existing windows grey powder coated finish; a new key clamp metal fire escape staircase will be installed at the rear of the units for staff to escape from first floor level down to ground floor, with the addition of new fire exit door located in unit 10.
