Demolition of the existing building and the erection of three roadside retail and ancillary takeaway units (Class E / Sui Generis) together with associated parking, access improvements and landscaping

Change of use and associated works to revert from current use as shop unit and ancillary stores/ workshops to a terrace of 3no dwelling houses.

First floor rear extension, replacement windows and shop front, slate roofing, insertion of rooflights, and removal of rear chimney stack.

Consent is sought for the period from July to October 2023 for a temporary visitor unit, with ticketing and retail functionality, to alleviate the pressure on 13 King's Parade Visitor Centre during the peak summer months. The unit will be sited upon the grass verge in between King's Chapel and the Old Schools Building.

Demolition of existing agricultural buildings. Conversion of existing barn to accommodate retail (E(a)) and a hydrotherapy unit (F2(d)) and first floor offices (E(g)(i)). Erection of storage unit. Erection of Artisan workshops (E(g)(iii)) and educational facility (F1). Erection of commercial unit (E(c)) to replace existing building 11. Relocation of two existing static caravans and the replacement of one static caravan with a site manager's dwelling (C3). Associated bin and cycle stores and car parking spaces.

Subdivision of existing retail unit to two units, change of use to one of the units to a wine bar (sui generis), new shopfront and internal changes to the wine bar including accessible wc, internal stair and a platform lift, demolition of existing extension in the rear courtyard and installation of a new accessible wc in the retail unit.

Conversion and extensions to the existing buildings including demolition of the existing block to the rear of 1 Godesdone Road to deliver a mixed use development comprising a ground floor retail space and 12 1xbed residential units (net increase 9) to the rear and above along with cycle parking and associated infrastructure.

Change of use from takeaway (Class Sui Generis) to cafe (Class E), current use class for the shop is Sui Generis (takeaway), installation of extraction motor and filters and change operational hours from 12:00-22:00 to 07:30-17:30 Monday to Sunday including Bank Holidays.
