Proposed development comprising the creation of a wetland scrape in the freshwater grazing marshes at union farm.   The scrape will have a surface area of approximately 2100 square metres, and a maximum depth of 50cm in the centre of the scrape.  The use of this area will change from grazing habitat to wildlife habitat.

Erection of 3 no. office units with a Class E (g)(i) use class. that development achieves a high-quality design, which is responsive and sympathetic to its surroundings. The existing units on site adopt a traditional agricultural barn vernacular utilising red brick and weatherboarded elevations with pantile roof. The proposed units would be of a similar form, scale and appearance of the existing units, specifically the units to the south of the site, but the proposed units would incorporate rooflights to enable floor space to be accommodated within the roof. The proposed units would utilise an area vacant maintained land, adjoining the existing business units. The of site is of a significant size to accommodate the proposed building and associated parking without it appearing cramped or contrived. By way of location and form, the proposed development would not detrimentally affect the wider landscape.

Change of use only, of three holiday lets and associated studio to rural worker dwellings where any person who works in the Agricultural Sector can live at the dwellings. This application is for the change of occupancy only with all other development works being completed under DC/18/3222/FUL.

Improvements to an existing access and use of existing track to access a horizontal directional drilling compound permitted under the Development Consent Order for East Anglia ONE Offshore Wind Farm Order 2014

Change of use of two thirds of an existing agricultural building to use provide visitor amenities for a new visitor attraction called Fire and Feast. The remaining third of the current building will be retained for agricultural use. Within the two thirds that will become a visitor amenity the proposed development will include the installation of toilets and showers, a large general-purpose space for workshops and indoor activity when weather is inclement and a kitchen / food storage area. On the adjacent paddock we are seeking a site licence for a small scale tent only campsite with no electric hookup, for a maximum of ten pitches.
