Retrospective Application - 11 solar panels mounted on ballast boxes in front of the house. The boxes are not fixed they are just weighted, the maximum height to the top of the panel is 600mm from the ground. The panel dimensions are 1755mm x 1038mm mounted at 20 degrees in a landscape orientation. The panels and the boxes are all black.

Conversion of sports complex, former dairy house to form a residential dwelling, removal of unsympathetic 1980's conservatory, interior alterations. The subject building is unlisted curtilage to the listed buildings

Demolition of existing dwelling, construction of replacement house with associated landscaping

Renovation of existing house and annexe wing. New link extension between annexe and house. Rebuilding of existing kitchen extension.

Proposed replacement front wall, alterations to existing house and proposed garage

Replacement roof structure, replacement external stair, re fenestration and internal alterations to allow continued use as a dwelling house.

1 - Alterations to improve access to the existing Public House/Social Club. 2 - Change of use - Conversion of existing redundant restaurant to Managers Accommodation. 3 - Change of use- Conversion of redundant storerooms to one bedroom flat for short term letting ancillary to the main business.
