New access gate, fences and landscaping around the driveway, erection of garden shed, PV panels on workshop and garden room roof and erection of brick wall and gate.

Construction of a stand-alone shed for the purpose of timber drying and storage of timber, kayaks and garden equipment. The shed is rectangular in plan, 8.0 m by 3.0 m, with a pitched roof, overall height 2.97 m. In the interests of sustainability and economy, it will reuse the roof tiles and A-frames from an old garage elsewhere on the site, due for demolition. The roof is supported on timber columns. The timber columns and timber edging to the roof are painted black. The proposal includes continuing an 800 mm high earth bank along the boundary with the road, topped with a hedge.

In 2016, I constructed a shed in my rear garden. It measures approximately 510cm wide x 250cm deep x 350cm to the peak of the roof (height to eves is 200cm). The base is concrete to a depth of 30cm with brick and cement footings. Construction is timber frame with dark brown shiplap board outer cladding and a pantile roof.

To install a log cabin/shed in rear garden size - 9.3 metres x 4 metres. Height 3.51 metres to the top of dual pitched roof. 2 rooms. Eaves height 2.23 metres

Raising the existing wooden garden shed walls by 600mm from 1.800m internally to 2.400m together with a new roof structure at approximately 40 degrees giving an eaves height of 2.500m and a ridge height of 3.600m from ground level and re-using the existing roof deck plus new as required.

A glass fronted garden studio, 3 x 4.2m, with double doors opening onto the garden. constructed from timber with painted shiplap cladding and cedar shingles on an apex roof. Sited on a solid concrete base all within the confines of the garden and within 20 metres of the rear of the existing house. It replaces a smaller existing garden tool shed.

To construct a 3m x 2.5m x 2.5m wooden, pitch roof shed in the north eastern corner of my privately owned piece of land, for the purposes of commercially selling hot/cold drinks and snacks. The shed will be placed on top of the original concrete base of the previous construction. The original services are still in place such as the water and electrical supply and drainage.

Change of use of outbuildings to form new annexe. Works also include a new sewage treatment plant to replace an existing septic tank, installation of a renewable wood pellet heating system, and re-cladding and re-roofing a dilapidated open cart shed.
