Retrospective planning approval for as built items contrary to approved appeal reference APP/N1540/W/16/315600. The first to second floor stair positioned within the existing building has been repositioned to the rear extension which has allowed for one additional flat unit to be built in its place due to the second floor over the existing building not being built at this stage.
