Demolition of existing dwellings and re-development to provide a 72 bedroom care home (Use Class C2) together with associated access, car and cycle parking, structural landscaping and amenity space provision.

The proposed alterations are designed to reorder a 5-bedroom second home and holiday let (with existing planning permission for further infill new dwelling development) into a single principal residence for the owners. The proposed alterations and extension will address shortcomings in the current dwelling by creating a more proportionate open-plan kitchen and breakfast room, a separate dining room, and a new garden room and main en-suite bedroom that are south-facing and overlook the garden, and maintains the existing garaging and storage.
