Amendment to planning consent 2021/0851/FUL (Conservatory to south side of house) to include two sliding doors, roof lantern and side access door in new conservatory; and additional 4m x 4m single story extension with timber cladding to walls and three pane window on south elevation.

Replace all the windows in the conservatory and the French Doors in the dining room with timber effect PVCU flush sash windows.

The existing white UPVC double glazed units are being changed to UPVC flush sash casement units in cream for the windows and to Agate Grey for the doors.
