To carry out essential repairs and minor alterations to the Redlynch Farm, as well as build a new extension and rebuild the stable building in the grounds at the back of the house and use it as a office space/garden room and change of use of agricultural land to extension to residential curtilage.

Alterations to raise the wall and roof height on an existing stone built workshop by 2 metres in order to extend the existing mezzanine across the whole building. This space below will be retained as a workshop. The new space above will provide office and storage space.

Change of use of building and adjacent land for mixed-use cafe, office, light industrial, and general industrial purposes, partial rebuilding, demolition of later added extensions and structures on the site, erection of a part two-storey and part single-storey side extension, alterations and associated landscaping works to create garden and car park (revised proposals following approval of 20/03392/S73A)

Alterations and the erection of a single storey extension to existing warehouse to form additional storage and erection of single storey extension to existing offices to include toilet.

Proposed Change of Use of former Stud to Riding School and Livery, extension to existing store building, internal alterations and extension to former stable building to form indoor manege and viewing area, outdoor manege, horse walker, office building and provision of parking area for visitors and staff.
