The proposals seek for planning permission of the demolition of the former Wheaton Aston Hall and erection of 9 No. dwellings. It also seeks consent remove the existing boundary walls facing towards the A5 carriageway and replace them with new walls and frontage railings. The application also seeks consent to erect 1 No. single storey structures to provide storage for units 1-4. Finally the submitted scheme includes for extensive landscaping both within and to the sites' curtilage.

Erection of a open timber gazebo of approx. 3m x 3.5m that has an overall height higher than 2.5m is being proposed to be installed within 2m of the customer boundary in line with our landscaping proposal.
