2 No. existing flat roof dormers to be removed in place of 1 No. gable feature to reflect the neighbouring roof design.

Replacement of External HVAC Condensing Units within designated plant area at roof level

A single storey rear extension to the existing kitchen of the ground floor hot food takeaway. The change of use of the first floor from a residential flat to office space. The creation of additional office space within the roof with the provision of a dormer at the rear of the building and the insertion of two rooflights at the front.

The refurbishment of a dilapidated building of 11 - 13 Lower Hillgate, Stockport which lies within a conservation area. Conversion of 1st floor and 2nd floor space into 7 self contained apartments which includes removing the rear metal roof structure and replacing it with a single storey extension to the rear of the building (facing onto Harvey Street). Ground floor commercial units to be retained, and a new shopfront to provide separate access to each commercial unit and the residential units on the upper floors. The bin store will be accessed through a separate door at the front of the building facing onto Lower Hillgate.

Proposed alterations to the front elevation, which will include the installation of a new shop door and window; alterations to the side elevation to install a new ground floor door, within an existing opening, providing access to the rear flat roof; and alterations to the rear elevation for the removal of an existing concrete staircase along with installation of a new fire exit door and DDA ramp.

Installation of replacement external DDA ramp and widened main entrance door. Additional condenser units and louvres proposed to roof area in order to accommodate proposed new internal layout.
