Application to vary condition 1 (Approved drawings) of planning permission reference DM2021/01319 for 'Erection of a part one, part two storey front/side/rear extension and provision of a raised patio and railings.' to allow alterations including the erection of a single storey front extension with roof alterations at ground floor and first floor to front and rear elevations, alterations to internal layout, changes to fenestration to all elevations including the addition of a roof light to the kitchen roof and addition of a side window at ground floor and alterations to raised patio in terms of width and patio steps and the installation of privacy screens to the sides of the raised patio.

Application to vary condition 1 (approved drawings) of approved application DM2022/01687 for 'Demolition of existing dwelling and erection a detached two storey dwelling with a basement and accommodation within the roof space, erection of a swimming pool enclosure, alterations for landscaping to front and rear gardens, installation of automated vehicular gates, walls, pillars and railings to front boundary' to allow for enlargement of ground floor, swimming pool enclosure, alterations to fenestrations, installation of solar panels, rooflights, alterations to stair access to basement and gates and fence.
