Erection of detached three storey building incorporating a 14 classroom teaching block and attached sports hall with associated changing facilities, formation of new car and cycle parking spaces, provision of new hard surface play area and associated development thereto.

Use of the site as a waste transfer station and ELV depollution site. Development to include construction of steel frame portal building for storage and sorting general skip waste; use of existing portal frame building for depollution of vehicles and storage; siting of modular office cabin; use of external areas for inert waste operations including screening and crushing and associated skip/vehicle storage and staff parking.

The installation of a replacement 20m monopole, accommodating 12 no. antennas together with the upgrade of the equipment cabinets and ancillary development thereto.
