Demolition and removal of existing double garage within the garden of the cottage. Demolition of conservatory to the cottage.

Construction of an extension to the existing agricultural building.

Erection of replacement single storey extension and conversion of barn into home office/gym. Construction of new outbuilding comprising car port/workshop and shed. Landscaping works including relocation of oil tank (Amended Plans).

Demolition of the existing attached garage. Erection of single storey extension and detached garage with attached garden shed. Construction of a replacement stable building.
