Section 73 Application for Variation of condition 9 (obscured first floor window and height level fanlight) (To increase residential amenity as the high level fanlight opening requirement in Condition 9 will give clear view into the neighbouring residential properties. In the interests of residential amenity; before the dwelling is first occupied, the first floor windows in the northern elevation shall be obscure glazed, bottom hung and open inward.
