Retrospective creation of secure storage compound with 1 storage container (that will house equipment and materials in support of the local telecoms infrastructure network, such as excavations tools, ducting, fibre cable and man hole covers). The perimeter fence will be a heras galvanized metal fence with weighted plastic footings to the perimeter of the storage area.

Proposed upgrades to existing telecommunications base. 3 no. antennae are to be replaced with 3 no. new antennae. 2 no. ancillary cabinets are to be installed adjacent to the pre-existing cabinets with the timber fence being expanded to cover this. The existing dummy drainage pipes are to be removed and replaced with covered cable trays which will be colour matched to existing drainage pipes.

Removal of 9no. 15m telecommunications masts, to be replaced by 1no. 40m mast with antennae attached on concrete pad; erection of single-storey control building and security fence with access gates (Part Retrospective) Proposed new Control Building with a footprint of approximately 150 square metres. Both the 40m Mast and the Control Building to be enclosed within a new inner Security Fence

Change of use to B8 storage of distribution & class E (G) 1 offices to carry out any operational or administration functions. Erection of 2.4m high perimeter security fence, construction of storage bays for materials associated with telecommunications infrastructure construction. Erection of 2 storey porter cabin offices for operational and admin staff.

Installation of telecoms shelter to connect up to 9,000 local premises to full-fibre, fibre to the premise as part of the council's Connected Bristol Strategy. Paramesh security fence, with locally sympathetic landscaping to reduce visual impact, grasscrete to prevent parking issues, and a dropped kerb for access.
