Proposed alterations to the external seating area to the front of the existing Public House premises facing Fir Road to improve the facilities offered to customers, including the formation of a new open sided timber pergola, a new shelter in the building frontage recess, new festoon lighting and posts, gabion and brickwork walls, a new external timber bar, and a new external timber TV housing.
