Create an organically shaped wildlife pond close to the centre of the site, clear of any trees.

Installation of a free standing cantilevered canopy in the communal car park along the northern boundary that is tree and shrub lined. The installation will not require the removal of trees / shrubs or reduce the available parking for residents. The maximum height of the canopy is 2.3m at the opening and 2.1m at the rear.
