Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary condition 7 (approved drawings) of planning permission 17/00612/FULL dated 15.10.2019 to enable minor material amendments to the approved scheme, including (i) changes to the fenestration on the west elevation at sixth floor level; (ii) increase in the height of the roof by 0.4m at the south east corner of the building; (iii) the installation of a rooftop plant enclosure.
