New single storey side and rear extensions. New porch and extension to the front of the property. New dropped kerb and vehicle crossing.

The lowering of the existing kitchen floor in order to provide increased headroom and the addition of 2 No conservation rooflights into the roof of the previously approved extension, reference DC/22/1774/LBC & DC/22/1773/FUL. The previously approved extension will now become a dining room and the existing kitchen will remain as a kitchen. The previously approved extension has not commenced.

Installation of solid wood garage doors which open outwards hinged on the side.

The timber frame between the ground floor and 1st floor has decayed and much of the frame has failed and now requires renovation/renewing. The main beam across the south gable (east/west) will need replacing as well as the secondary beam at second floor level and the studs connecting the two beams. The existing cement pebble dash render has been removed and will need to be replaced with a lime render to allow the structure to breathe
