Erection of a rear dormer roof extension; erection of a single storey timber clad outbuilding in the rear garden; alterations to the existing ground floor back addition to include, installation of 2no. rooflights on top of the flat roof, enlargement of door opening and installation of bi-folding doors to the rear elevation following the removal of existing door and window; erection of new fence to replace existing, to the side and rear boundary walls of the rear garden; re-levelling of the rear garden floor with patio finish and associated landscaping.
