Change of use from residential dwelling (C3) to 8no. bed house of multiple occupancy (HMO) (Sui Generis), including removal of external fire exit, removal of chimney on offshoot, replacement of all timber windows, with timber windows to front elevation and uPVC to rear and side elevations, replace 1 no. existing side window with door, installation of 3no. roof windows on front roof slope and 2no. additional roof windows on the rear roof slope, removal of external store and erection of single storey rear extension.
