Variation as an amendment for the roof at the rear extension and an upstand wall to sides of the approved roof and the slope have been reduced in order to increase the internal height

Demolition of bungalow and garage and construction of new two storey detached house with third storey within roof and ancillary basement accommodation and parking

Change of use from Dwelling House (Class C3) to 7 bed HMO (House in Multiple Occupation - Sui Generis use) including erection of single storey rear extension and piggyback loft extension to rear with the installation of rooflights to side elevational roof profiles

Erection of a single storey roof top extension to provide office floorspace and a ground and three storey extension to the rear of the existing building to provide 10 x residential units (4 x studio, 2 x one-bedroom and 4 x two-bedroom), alterations to the external facade of the existing building and provision of associated amenity space, cycle parking and refuse/recycling facilities
