AMENDED SITE EDGE RED - Use of land and buildings for storage (use class B8) including alterations to existing buildings and boundary walls including creation of four vehicular accesses from Stanbank Street, and erection of fencing

Proposed Loft conversion and raising of the roof ridge height with the addition of 1no. dormer to the rear (north) elevation and 1no. dormer to the front (south) elevation. Erection of single storey and first floor rear extensions and conversion of existing detached garage into a playroom. Alterations to the front access to include erection of a 1.8m high close-boarded fencing to the southern boundary, and widening of the existing front openings with new pillars and the existing steel gates to be removed and replaced with new timber and steel gates.

Creation of 2 additional flats to the existing building, a 1x1bed flat on the ground floor and a 1x1bed flat on the third floor.
