Internal alterations and refurbishment of existing Laundry Building to provide accommodation for Yorkshire Water Academy staff to include formation of new entrance lobby, replacement of existing windows, installation of new rooflights, introduction of a dormer window, new air source heat pump, enclosure for external condensor units, removal of existing glazed link and glazed canopies, refurbishment of two spaces within small central building and works to external landscaping to improve setting.
