Demolition of existing converted garage and flat roof structures. Construction of two storey extension to provide additional kitchen, storage and WC to business and domestic kitchen and store to house.

Change of use and conversion of chapel F1(f) into 2 no. dwellings (C3). Conversion works to include 1 no. new rooflight to the south façade. 4 no. new rooflights, 1 no. window (a reinstated historical opening), 2 no. new doors, and 1 no. existing window converted to accommodate new door to north façade. 3 no. new windows and 1 no. new door to the west façade. The chapel is to be entirely renovated using materials to match the existing. Existing garage to be converted and linked to the chapel via a stone and glass extension to include screened roof terrace above, accessible via the garden and first floor.
