Creation of a mixed-use building at the Neighbourhood Centre, comprising retail and community uses on the ground floor and office use on the two upper floors, plus an associated car park, hard and soft landscaping, and a recycling centre.

Demolition of existing garden centre buildings and the construction of three new buildings for office / retail use and for storage use together with associated works of internal access roads, parking and landscaping .
