Demolition of existing garage and construction of new detached dwelling, alterations to fenestration of existing dwelling and creation of new vehicular crossover

Demolition of existing double garage. Construction of detached two bedroom dwelling with two parking spaces and changes to fenestration.

Variation to condition 2 of application 18/01988/FUL (Demolition of existing dwelling and garage and construction of replacement 5 bed dwelling with basement) to allow for a first floor rear construction, two dormer windows, new portico entrance, alterations to the design of the garage, and alterations to the fenestration including amendments to the detailing around the rear windows and doors, enlargement of the rear patio doors and reduction in the size of the basement.

Proposed additional storey to existing bungalow to create a two storey dwelling with habitable accommodation within the roof space, including a two storey front extension, porch canopy and re-modelling of the layout and fenestration.

Variation of conditions 2 (Approved Drawings) and 3 (Matching Materials) of application 20/01547/HHA (Hip to gable roof extension to both sides, increase in eaves height to increase first floor, reduce ridge height of existing two storey side extension, alterations to front elevation to include front gable feature and stone porch, first floor rear extension with juliette balcony and alterations to the fenestration.) for changes to the design of the fenestration to the entire exterior of the dwelling, alterations to the fenestration pattern with replacement of rear juliette balcony with four glazed panels, additional window to the side elevation and alterations to the doors and windows on the ground floor conservatory. Addition of render to the full exterior of the dwelling and replacement roof tiles.

Partly retrospective application for internal and external alterations to include reorientation of consented hallway, communal areas and residential dwellings, provision of gardens to 3no dwellings, relocation of bin and cycle stores to the north-west of the site, layout and design alterations to Flat 1 (third floor) including provision of an additional window and change to a 2-bed 3-person flat, plus layout and design alterations to Flat 1 (fourth floor) to include additional window.

Change of Use from Barbers Shop to Residential for No.20 Market Place. Existing 'link' door to No.37 Bakers Lane reinstated to form a single Dwelling. Repair and restoration works, with no alteration to existing windows. Reinstatement of bollards and resurfacing.

Variation of condition 2 (approved drawings) of application 21/01609/FUL (Demolition of existing dwelling and construction of two new dwellings together with associated works.) To allow for the increase of bedrooms from 3 to 4 to include the addition of an obscure glazed window to side of each bathroom, and revision of fist floor elevation to both dwellings.

Variation to condition 2 and 4 of application 18/00225/FUL (Change of use of existing studio and garage to form a self contained living unit and replace garage doors with windows and front door, construct single garage) variation to condition 2 - so that it reads "The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with drawings 9383-102-00, 200-A, and 201-A and specifications", and to condition 4 so that it reads - "The existing railings at 1.1 metres in height to the front of the property and the boundary fence, wall and gate at up to 2.1m in height between number 100 Vaughan Williams Way and the self-contained dwelling unit shall both be permanently retained and maintained in the positions indicated on drawing 9303-100-00 dated April 2022."

Increase in ridge height and hip to gable roof extension to both sides to create a two storey dwelling with habitable accomodation within the roof space. Proposed 2x dormer windows to the rear, 3x roof lights to the front, single storey rear extension, first floor front extension and addition of glazed porch feature.
