Construction of 3 horse stables (Retrospective)

Remove the lean-to and build a new wing (south of the courtyard) connecting the existing residential wing (west) to the ex-stables (east). Refurbish the stables structure into residential to create one single family home

Change of use of existing stable block into playrooms and storage. Creation of additional 2 x parking spaces adjacent including turning area and refuse and recycle area.

Demolition of existing Barn/Stables and construction Granny Annexe.

Demolition of existing stables building and construct single storey detached dwellinghouse with associated parking and landscaping.

Convert existing stable and coach house into 2 bedroom annex. Due to the existing building having no damp proof corse or capabilty to adequately insulate, the existing building will have to be demolished but we intend to rebuild in the same style as existing and using the original bricks.
