Erection of a two storey prefabricated modular building to provide temporary additional capacity for the Accident & Emergency department, the installation of mechanical and electrical equipment to roof of adjacent single storey building, and a new retaining wall on the north-eastern boundary of the site to provide new deck structure over the existing substation.
