Conversion of a former public house (Sui generis) into retail premises (Class E) and residential accommodation (Class C3).

Addition of roof extension to create a second floor and a material change of use of the premises from a public house to a mixed use incorporating a public house (Sui-Generis) on the basement and ground floors with guest accommodation (Use Class C1) on the first and second floors, together with associated external alterations.
