It is proposed to erect a new single-storey side extension following the demolition of the existing outbuilding at the side of the property, together with landscape alterations inside the boundary of the property.

Replacement of shopfront with new facade (windows, door and walling). Replacement of first floor windows. Introduction of stone boundary wall.

Demolition of existing rear boundary wall and construction of a new dwellinghouse, with associated works (resubmission of app ref. 22/00235/F).

Addition of trellis along the existing boundary wall at the front of the property and re-positioning of the garden gate.

Increase the width of the vehicular entrance to drive by removing a section of the western boundary wall facing into Southernhay Avenue. The stone wall is also in need of repair so we want to both repair and rebuild.
