Demolition of conservatory to rear, and single storey garage and outbuilding to side. Remove chimney. Erection of two storey side extension on site of garage, and erection of single storey rear extension on site of conservatory. Replacement windows and doors with metal frames. Minor internal alterations. Construction of timber deck to rear. Widen opening in front boundary wall.

External alterations including the removal of the glazed roof over the front lightwell, new boundary railings at the front of the property, removal of rear balcony and enclosure of the rear undercroft to the rear. Amendment and alteration to external doors and windows.

Remove a section of boundary wall to Henleaze Road and construct a pavement cross over for 2no off street parking spaces with electric vehicle charging point, refuse /recycling store and planting, and build a low boundary wall with next door. Demolition of existing link building (and associated structures); partial demolition of two sections of boundary wall; erection of new link building with frontage landscaping and accessible (ramped) access onto Sheridan Road; creation of new vehicular egress onto Sheridan Road; reorganisation of external areas, to include a relocated multi-use games area, landscape courtyard and staff parking / drop off zone. Minor alterations to existing building including changes to windows and doors in selected locations.

Ground floor extension to the rear, extension of existing raised rear terrace, conversion of garage into playroom; alterations to the front boundary wall and drop kerb; change of windows, paved area to front.

Proposed patio with boundary treatment lighting, new door and replacement window. Alterations to car park kerb and lighting to canopy area.

Loft extension, minor alteration to rear fenestration and eastern boundary wall and removal of chimney to rear outrigger.
