Demolition of existing kitchen then new single storey extension and re-model of existing house at ground floor level and replacement of existing rear bay overlooking garden with glass box window. New PV panels to be added to existing main roof and flat roof of the new extension. New air source heat pump to be sited on new flat roof over utility room. New fence to be added to front of the property.

Demolish an existing single-storey Utility Room to the rear of the property and replace it with a new larger, highly glazed Garden Room that opens up to a new external terrace. Remove external steel staircase and restore the original window opening to replace the blocked door at first floor level to the side of the property. Upgrade window sashes throughout the property with Slimlite double glazed units to provide an enhanced thermal performance. Install photovoltaic solar panels to the roof at the rear of the house.
