Remedial works to boundary, including demolition of remaining wall and erection of boundary party fence. The proposed works comprise of: a) The demolition of the existing brick wall. b) Removal of existing tree roots. c) Construction of new reinforced concrete foundation to finish flush with neighbours ground level. d) Construction of new dwarf brick wall to match height of foundation. e) Installation of new timber fence.

Demolition of existing single storey elements (kitchen and toilet), rear boundary wall and art room. Change of use of No.25 from student accommodation to office accommodation. Construction of a new single storey link between No.21-24 Northampton Street and first floor rear extension at No.25; replacement of ground floor facade to No.21-24; alterations to Cripps Lane, car park and creation of new pedestrian route to the rear of No.21-25 including boundary treatments; installation of associated plant including PV panels and ASHP to roof of No.25; cycle parking and external insulation.

Demolition of existing Butterfield Building and construction of New Student Centre building with extended basement and installation of 16 boreholes and a Ground Source Heat Pump. Associated works to improve hard and soft landscaping areas, construction of new brick wall along northern boundary of site and construction of a bin store. Installation of new cycle parking, tree works and works associated with installation of services and plant.
