The proposed development to provide 935 purpose-built student accommodation comprising 144 cluster flats, 1 double-bed unit and 132 studios, arranged in 5 blocks ranging from three to six storeys; replacement two-storey squash building, single-storey sports pavilion, new footpaths, highways improvements to include widening of Giles Lane, new access points off Giles Lane, provision of parking, cycle spaces and green infrastructure, following demolition of existing residential properties and office building.
