Removal of existing single storey garage and two storey residential dwelling and erection of one two storey block containing 11 self contained units an office/communal space, and 5 self contained units across two one storey blocks (Class C3b). Provision of cycle parking, 11 car parking spaces and new landscaping/courtyard space between blocks. Erection of 1.8m high close boarded timber fencing around site, proposed new access point off Hospital Approach.
