Demolition of central single storey link section, to facilitate the formation of a new dwelling house by the subdivision of the Grange and Barn buildings into two separate properties, construction of new external walls and changes to roof, single storey side extension to the Grange and single storey rear attached garage extension to the Barn, 3 front, 3 rear and 4 side rooflights, changes to windows and doors, internal alterations and detached single storey car port

Internal works, including alterations to the bar and relocation of the customer toilets into the cellar to the rear and other refurbishment works.
