Change of use of lower ground floor from part betting shop (Sui Generis) and part office (Use Class E) to retail and office (Use Class E), and change of use of part ground floor from retail to office use (Use Class Eg) and alteration and extension, including: (i) new and replacement windows to the facade at all levels; (ii) removal of existing rooftop plant enclosure and erection of one storey roof extension at seventh floor to provide office (Use Class E) with erection of plant room and fire escape above and creation of private terrace at roof level; (iii) new shopfronts and office entrance at ground floor level with reconfiguration of retail space; (iv) rear partial infill extension from first to sixth floors to provide office accommodation (Use Class E); and ancillary works.

Refurbishment and extension of the existing office building to include; external works to facades, new windows and doors throughout, infilling of the rear lightwell over basement and ground level, alterations to the existing roof structure to facilitate an occupiable external terrace, and extension of the existing lift shaft and stair core by 1 additional floor to create terrace access.

Refurbishment of the existing building for continued office use including the reconstruction of the rear ground extension; new rear terrace; rationalisation of plant equipment; replacement of windows; internal alterations; upgrades to services, fabric repairs and altered decorations; and conversion of the third and fourth floors to ancillary accommodation for The Mercers' Company (as per 15/01308/FULL and 15/01309/LBC).

Change of use of basement level B1, parts of basement level B2, ground and first floors from Sui Generis to Class E (Office) use (919sq.m); reconfiguration of mansard roof to sixth floor and addition of glazed mezzanine pavilion and external terrace area at roof level (seventh floor); formation of new entrance courtyard on Wilson Street elevation and reinstatement of pavement lights within the site area on Wilson Street; alterations to the ground floor facade on Wilson Street; insertion of new windows on north elevation within existing brickwork panels; alterations to windows on east elevation; new roof terrace atop Eldon Street building; and associated internal alterations and ancillary external works.

Change of use of the North Block to a function venue, museum, office space and archive store (Sui Generis) with associated external repairs and alterations including: (i) window alteration and replacement, (ii) rooftop alterations including the formation of a rooftop plant enclosure and (ii) the formation of an access ramp.

External alterations including, facade and fenestration replacement and replacement office entrance; part demolition and extension at roof level to create a roof top pavilion for Class E use and reconfigure the plant room; creation of roof terrace at 7th floor and associated hard and soft landscaping; provision of cycle parking and associated facilities; and other ancillary works.

External alterations to the existing building (Class E), including the part demolition of the existing roof and rear facade, and erection of a new 2 storey roof extension and extensions to the rear at floors 1-7; creation of a new accessible roof terrace and a plant enclosure at roof level; refurbishment works to the front facade including stone repair, replacement tiling, and lowering of principal entrances and other associated works; works to the north facade including introduction of new door and window at ground floor level; flexible use of part ground and part lower ground floors for either Office (Class E) or Restaurant and Cafe (Class E)/ Drinking Establishment (Sui Generis); and other associated works.

Installation of glazed balustrade to existing flat roof area on north elevation fronting London Wall for use as a terrace to office tenants, alterations to existing north elevation windows into doors to terrace, repositioning of door to east terrace, and associated works.

Change of use of the Gatehouse to office space (Class E use) with associated external works including repairs and the alteration of fenestration within existing openings.
