Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 03 October 2022 (RN: 22/01969/FULL) for 'Alterations including infilling of rear lightwell between first to fifth floor levels, erection of roof extension to provide an additional floor level, roof plant, and conversion of the upper floors and part ground and basement into hotel use'. Namely, to allow changes to list of approved plans to allow an increase in the number of hotel rooms from 42 to 81; amendments to rear window openings and insertion of three additional velux windows at fifth floor level.
