Demolition behind retained facade; reconstruction of the rear mansard; replacement dormer window on front roof slope; rebuilding the side and rear elevations with extensions to side and rear; installation of air source heat pump in the rear garden; provision of a bin store in the front garden; and new front boundary wall, piers and railings.

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 2nd December 2020 (RN:20/05311/FULL) for the Erection of a single-storey rear extension at lower ground floor, installation of sash windows to the front elevation and alterations to the front boundary wall and front lightwell from RN: 20/05311/FULL.
