Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 01 February 2021 (RN: 20/06029/FULL) for the: Demolition of existing conservatory, erection of single storey rear extension, replacement of roof structure, extension and alterations to rear closet wing including incorporation of lift, replacement windows, alterations to the front boundary and front forecourt including extension and alterations to front vaults, excavation of new basement level including alterations to landscaping, plant enclosure and garden and bike stores to rear garden, and associated alterations.
