Conversion of existing retail unit into residential dwelling (Class C3) and associated external alterations including, mechanical ventilation unit, replacement shopfront to front elevation and installation of a new window and Juliet balcony to rear elevation.

Variation of Conditions 1 and 3 and removal of Condition 6 of planning permission dated 4 June 2019 (RN: 19/00040/FULL) for the erection of a mansard roof extension and two storey rear extension with terrace on top, replacement of windows fenestration, installation of recessed street-level doorway and new front door, all in connection with the conversion of the existing flat into three residential dwellings. NAMELY, amend the design of door to front elevation, to add waste/recycling storage in the third floor flat, and include details of windows, doors and railings.

Removal of condition 12 of planning permission dated 01 May 2020 (RN: 20/01459) which itself varied condition 1 of planning permission dated 12 February 2013 (RN: 12/12483)for the: internal and external alterations (comprising new windows at roof level, lift overrun green roof skylight, removal of lightwell insertion of new doors at lower ground floor level and creation of roof terrace at rear ground floor level) in connection with the conversion of the existing building from office and residential flats into a single family dwelling to vary the approved drawing numbers to allow the introduction of an additional roof light to the north east of the roof, a replacement walk on roof light to the west of the roof and an extension to the lift overrun box, set into the existing area of flat roof and plant access. NAMELY, to remove biodiversity management plan as green roof no longer forms part of the proposal.

Conversion of four residential flats into single residential family dwelling; basement extension to the lower ground floor to the front of the property, underneath the existing front garden area; in fill extension beside the closet wing to the lower ground and ground floor at the rear of the property; replacement windows to the closet wing, 3rd floor level and new roof lights to the existing roof; and new front garden boundary walls and railings with new bin store.

Variation of condition 1 and omission of conditions 4 and 5 of planning permission dated 02 May 2018 (RN: 17/10252/FULL) for the: Raising of roof ridge and installation of new extension to inner roof slope with two dormer windows, and installation of rooflight to inner roof slope in association with conversion of loft to form additional residential accommodation for flat 7A. NAMELY, to allow retention of the original slope of the roof and the replacement of dormers with roof-lights to lightwell elevation.

Conversion of the garage into residential floorspace (Class C3), creation of two new sash windows at ground floor. Replacement of all existing sash windows with like for like double glazed windows. Addition of a new rooflight and rear dormer window, replacement of the existing rooflight on rear elevation roof with new heritage rooflights. Creation of a flat roof skylight on the rear terrace, concealed by the parapet wall.
