Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 11 March 2020 (RN:19/07902/FULL) for the: External alterations comprising new dormer windows to front mansard, demolition and replacement of metal-clad lift core with glazed lift core on rear elevation, alterations to the fenestration on the rear elevation, and repairs to brickwork and stucco. NAMELY, to allow replacement of windows to the front elevation; new matching timber doors to the vaults; reconfiguration of the plant area to facilitate use of the terraced area; replacement of the ground-floor window in the south elevation of the rear wing; opening up of the chimney breast within the ground floor lobby; removal of interwar ceiling ribs at ground floor level in the lobby and rear room; and insertion of a door to connect the two front rooms at third floor level. Installation of mechanical plant at roof level; Namely to demolish and reinstate gabled wall, alteration to fenestration pattern, replacement of staircase to 113 Ebury Street; demolition and reinstatement of chimney stack to No. 113 and demolition and replacement of mansards to Nos. 111 and 113 including dormer windows and valley gutters and installation of a new dry riser inlet.
