Variation of condition 1 and omission of condition 4 of planning permission dated 02 May 2018 (RN: 17/10253/FULL) for the: Installation of new dormer extension and three rooflights to inner roof slopes in association with conversion of loft for additional residential accommodation for flat 8A. NAMELY, to allow replacement of roof dormer with a roof-light to lightwell elevation.

Variation of condition 1 and omission of conditions 4 and 5 of planning permission dated 02 May 2018 (RN: 17/10252/FULL) for the: Raising of roof ridge and installation of new extension to inner roof slope with two dormer windows, and installation of rooflight to inner roof slope in association with conversion of loft to form additional residential accommodation for flat 7A. NAMELY, to allow retention of the original slope of the roof and the replacement of dormers with roof-lights to lightwell elevation.
