Proposed alterations to door and window openings, construction of infill one storey rear extension within the lower ground floor courtyard and erection of a conservatory. Removal of a non-original pitched roof above part of the existing lower ground floor bathroom and replacement with a flat roof and glazed balustrade to form an extension to the existing terrace at this level. All to enlarge and alter dwelling (Class C3).

Construction of full-width rear extension to lower ground floor with excavation to lower floor level including the replacing of an existing ground floor conservatory and creation of a terrace above, alteration to window opening to rear closet window to create access door to terrace and the addition of an external staircase to existing front light-well with associated railings.
